1. Commercial Entities & Operational Scope

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern the purchase, licensing, and use of XMAILBOX hardware appliances, embedded firmware, and related support services.

• Global Sales, Billing & Commercial Merchant of Record: Commercial transactions, invoice processing, order fulfillment, and international customer billing are operated and contracted by HONGKONG HUIHUANG INDUSTRIAL CO., LIMITED (Registered in Hong Kong SAR).
• Hardware Engineering & Technological Manufacturer: The hardware design, embedded systems firmware, and proprietary software architecture are developed and manufactured by SHENZHEN XTELL FUTURE TECHNOLOGY CO., LTD..

2. One-Time Purchase & Zero Recurring Fees

XMAILBOX is sold under a perpetual appliance purchase model:

• Zero Subscription Fees: The purchase price includes perpetual rights to use the on-premise email server appliance, create unlimited internal accounts, and bind unlimited custom domain names without recurring monthly seat licensing fees.
• Local Storage Autonomy: Storage capacity is governed entirely by the physical drive(s) installed. Users may expand or upgrade storage without paying software storage penalties.

3. Orders, Pricing, and Invoicing

All prices listed on xmailbox.cn are quoted in US Dollars (USD). We support two primary procurement channels:

• Direct Card Checkout (Stripe): Instant payment processing via major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express) and Apple Pay.
• Corporate Bank Wire / Proforma Invoice (PI): Enterprise customers can generate an official Proforma Invoice under HONGKONG HUIHUANG INDUSTRIAL CO., LIMITED for telegraphic transfer (SWIFT, ACH, or SEPA). Orders ship once wire clearance is verified.

4. Hardware Warranty & Support

Every XMAILBOX hardware unit comes with a 2-Year Limited Hardware Replacement Warranty and lifetime access to standard firmware updates. Detailed warranty terms and return procedures are specified in our Refund & Warranty Policy.

5. User Data & Autonomous Operation

XMAILBOX operates strictly on-premise within your own physical network infrastructure. Neither HONGKONG HUIHUANG INDUSTRIAL CO., LIMITED nor XTELL has access, backdoors, or telemetry to read, intercept, or analyze your email contents, recipient databases, or network traffic. You maintain 100% data sovereignty.

6. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and any commercial purchase contracts shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be resolved through friendly consultation or submitted to the competent courts of Hong Kong SAR.
